Chemflex™ Disinfecting Wipes Six Refill Rolls

Material: W2T886165 Unit of Measure #: CS See All Disinfectants

CHEMFLEX™ Refillable Dry Wipe System has been validated with peracetic acid solutions*, citric acid and bleach (1% and 10% concentrations). The wipe material is cellulose free and will not compromise the strength of the disinfectant like some cellulose-based (paper) products.

Validation

Validation studies have been completed on PAA solutions. These studies examined the saturation levels, wipe integrity and chemical concentration over a 14-day period. Once a disinfectant is added to the CHEMFLEX™ System, it remains stable for five days. No testing is required during this time. Between days 6 and 14 you must test the disinfectant concentration daily using a test strip to ensure the disinfectant strength. Your peracetic acid supplier should supply corresponding test strips for daily validation.

Safety Procedures

When using the dry wipes for the first time, write the name of the disinfectant used on the outside of the canister. When replacing dry wipes, refill using the same disinfectant indicated on the outside of the canister.

NEVER PLACE A DIFFERENT TYPE OF DISINFECTANT IN THE CANISTER OTHER THAN WHAT IS INDICATED IN THE CHEMICAL FIELD ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE CANISTER.

CHEMFLEX Refillable Dry Wipe System requires the operator to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as defined in the labeling of the disinfectant used with the CHEMFLEX System.
